Distributed in the US by the MIT Press, and in France by Les press des réel, (“an unprecedented transdisciplinary study”, they say), the best way to get it is to demand in your local bookshop. In the UK, Foyles have it in the shop and for delivery. Waterstones can also order it in to your nearest branch, should they not already stock it. And it is flying off the shelves of art-leaning places like the Tate Modern Bookshop, etc.
